Exercises: Deadlift

The deadlift is considered to be one of the best exercises for overall strength  and power as well as a way to correct postural issues.  Although many say the injury risks involved should keep most away from deadlifting, the simple fact is that if done properly, there is minimal risk of injury, and the benefits far out way the risks. 

Exercises: Overhead Press

The overhead press, often referred to as the strict press, is often debated as to whether it is a good exercise to include in your training or not. The reason many don't is because in order to safely perform it, you have to have healthy/mobile shoulders. 

Consistency Is The Key To Results. 

Consistency in my mind is probably one of the most important things to take into consideration when you are trying to lose weight, get stronger, build more muscle, just implementing an exercise program.

You can have the best diet plan, the best workout plan but if you're not consistent with it you're not going to see any results it's plain and simple.
